Ontime and very professional

Bbatsoyombo arrived early for the appointment. The job was supposed to be fairly easy; to take down an existing 75 inch TV and mount the new one. But we ran into an issue with the screw size on the mount with the new TV. He patiently worked with me to figure out to solve the issue and waited for more time while we got a smaller size screw from the store. He also helped me pack up the old TV. Really appreciate his help and being prompt, understanding and professional
