CMI-asking why she's charged on the May 5th bk which she already cancelled this and the upcoming one, ack, check bk, has recurring plan, its not cancelled, informed cx, cx wants the upcoming bk to be cancelled since she didn't need it any longer because she moved out, ack, offered to cancel her recurring plan, cx agreed, processed plan cancellation, plan cancelled, informed cx, cx wants a refund on the May 5th bk where no service rendered, handled as CNS Late, offer 50% credits, pushback, offered 100% credits, pushback, refunded 100%, cx ack, EOC.
