I gave him a 4 because he helped my Mother get out the house safely into car after almost falling out of wheelchair. . Otherwise, He would have received a 3 star because he did not communicate with me his arrival time since my appointment was set for 8am. He needs to work on his timing plus communicate with clients beforehand if running late instead of them reaching out on arrival. I know he is new to the App but needs to communicate with his clients better.
