Gerald deserves an absolute world class performance from the time he arrived till the moment he left. He accomplished everything that he had to achieve in last time than I expected. He cleared all the trash and offered to remove the remaining pieces from the area, but I told him we had a trash burning area and that I would take care of the rest of the mess.
