Isaiah was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was precisely on time, was honest with me that he had not installed my particular type of TV before, and then carefully read all the directions. He measured carefully, outlined the area on the wall with non-marking tape so I could really see where it would be, and gave me options to decide on. Isaiah was perfectly patient and had a comfortable, generous attitude as I requested refinement and repetition of my options. Then, he easily, gently, and clearly taught me how to help him lift the TV onto the wall. (Makes sense to me in retrospect that he has young daughters.) He would have cleaned, but I beat him to it. It was comforting to hear that we both have high standards about that! (He even offered to take his shoes off when he came in, which I appreciated!) I was 100% happy with the job he did AND with how warm, personable, and professional he was. Overall, I could not be happier!
