Javier was exceptional. He single-handedly built a Murphy bed which required some customizations (because I mis-measured the space and the product) and improvisation due to poor instructions in the product manual. He was communicative and shared updates and concerns along the way - he proposed solutions but waited for my approval/confirmation. He stayed well past the original timeframe to get the job done. Would absolutely recommend and rebook!
