Simply put, Mark did an outstanding job. My previous technicians didn’t mount my brand new TV correctly. The mounts were placed incorrectly, and it was obvious, but they didn’t fix it. This left my TV at risk, hanging on a wall mount with loose screw that could fall off at any moment. Mark came in, assessed the situation, and came up with a plan to correct it. He even asked if we wanted any adjustments. He had all the necessary tools on hand, including some really interesting ones, and explained what he was doing and why. Whenever I had questions, he provided clear explanations and the reasoning behind his methods. Throughout the process, I never felt uncomfortable or unsure about what was happening. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who can book his services, and I won’t hesitate to call him again for anything he can help with. He’s a great guy, very professional, dependable, and overall a pleasure to talk to. If Handy hires people like Mark, it’d be a great platform.

Mark is amazing! I was having a chaotic day & simply put Mark’s efficiency and expertise was outstanding. Mark called to let me know he was on his way, he was on time, he knew exactly what was wrong with our toilet and fixed it in minutes, not only did he hang our curtain rods, he went the extra mile to hang up our curtains too. Mark is kind and we feel he is genuine and honest. Mark explained everything before he started the work we requested. I highly recommend Mark!
