Mark was fantastic in installing my tv. He asked where and how high I wanted it and informed me of a better secure option. He was in and out in no time and kept me informed along the way. He had his own toolkit installed the mount with ease and carefully added my tv on. Definitely would request Mark going forward and recommend others do too!
