6/4 Deo T. - CCI reported that on April 9th cx reach out to the pro 4 days before the booking to cancel it cause they got COVID. Cx thought that it was cancelled and got charged. Cx also reported that she got charge 3 times and did not aware. Educate cx that she have a recurring service and cx is not aware of the recurring. Run CNS valid on the 2 bookings. 1st booking is more than 30 days. Cx push back till full card refund. 2nd booking Run CNS valid excuse. Process full card refund. 3rd booking convert credits to full card refund. 1st booking send link to SME for full card refund. CN#18357503

This was Mayrim’s first time cleaning for us and she did an excellent job. When I walked in, our home smelled clean and fresh. It was spotless. She went above and beyond by washing towels cleaning the basement, as well as the inside of the fridge and oven. Excellent job.
