Very weird instance. I input the appropriate information into the Handy app and apparently it gets pushed to the bottom. Not sure where the disconnect is but important information should be highlighted vice hidden. Anyway, crew showed up, couldn’t complete the job with the pertinent information provided, not being able to confidently locate studs to mount tv over shiplap. There came to a point of what do you do, and since the crew couldn’t move forward, they departed without completing the job. They were nice, but didn’t quite have the tools to proceed. (Note: another rep working separately had better tools and I was able to reschedule him later in the day to complete the install).

The installers were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way.
