The installation was fine but he needs to be more careful with clients furniture. After he had left my home, I found a large scratch in my new dresser. He needs to lay a towel down before placing tools or parts on furniture and counters. Very nice guy but just needs to show more care.

They showed up on time, verified the mount screws were going into studs, verified the TV was at a height I preferred, and made sure the mount and TV were level. They also took care and got rid of the huge box and garbage. I would definitely use them again.
