Couldn’t be happier. On time, polite, efficient. When he couldn’t get it fixed the first way, he kept at it. Eventually found that I’d accidentally flushed a silicone face scrubber (I’m blaming it on the cat). I was nervous hiring an online plumber but was desperate. So glad I did.

Jonathan was super nice and helpful in assembling a pretty complicated bed! He took his time and made sure things were done correctly and also took the time to explain how the bed functioned!
