Adaez was really lovely, professional and did an excellent job cleaning. Condos get really dusty and I have a dog and she cleaned thoroughly in corners etc. She will move things in order to clean surfaces properly and puts everything back. Will be booking with her again :)

This was to be a 2 man job, Juan showed up on time and said he received a call late the night before and the other contractor said he wouldn’t be here. Juan has the initiative and drive to show up for the job anyway to see if he could do the job himself. Unfortunately it’s mounting an extra big tv over the fireplace. I called Handy and they have rescheduled for this week. I have also requested Juan to come back for that job.

Ulises New York did an amazing job mounting the new TV especially seeing how there were supposed to be two people and he was the only one that showed up. handy did a terrible job ensuring the second person showed up but Ulises did a great job and was able to get the TV mounted with the help of my son.
