Pro was on time, brought appropriate tools, and successfully completed the original job. Further, I hired this pro to do an additional three jobs while on site, which were completed successfully. Additionally, another Pro team (assigned from Handy via free tv install from LG) was onsite but couldn’t locate studs in wall over fireplace on shiplap. This Pro had the correct tools and experience to take over that job and successfully complete it. Def recommend for tv/tv mount installs.

Very weird instance. I input the appropriate information into the Handy app and apparently it gets pushed to the bottom. Not sure where the disconnect is but important information should be highlighted vice hidden. Anyway, crew showed up, couldn’t complete the job with the pertinent information provided, not being able to confidently locate studs to mount tv over shiplap. There came to a point of what do you do, and since the crew couldn’t move forward, they departed without completing the job. They were nice, but didn’t quite have the tools to proceed. (Note: another rep working separately had better tools and I was able to reschedule him later in the day to complete the install).
