Parmvir was very professional. However, perhaps in the future, please reach out to the client ahead of time to be sure whether they had all the parts required for the job. I wasn’t aware that I needed to purchase wall mount separately since I was under the impression it had come with the special promotional offer for the 98 inch TV purchased at Costco. Therefore he showed up but wasn’t able to get anything completed. Please reschedule and send him back out to so the mounting after 1/8. Thank you.
