The woman on Ricardo’s team who helped us today was very punctual, professional, and kind! Though speaking no English was a bit of a challenge. Cleaning job was overall good but floor and carpet had debris still and could have used more attention to detail.

Really meticulous cleaning and gentle lady, thank you - my only feedback is to please use new towels every time for cleaning because there is a background smell.
