Robert was great! He let me know he was going to be a few minutes late for my appointment, which I very much appreciated. When he did get to my house, he got straight to work and did a really good job. He was careful with my brand new 65” TV, and managed to figure out my funky LG wall mount, even though he’d never seen one like it before. Robert was both friendly and professional, and I’d work with him again.
