Scott contacted me early and that was a plus. When he came by the door he was ready to work. Ladder and tool box on hand with a pleasant and courteous smile. He immediately grabbed the materials and did not waste a second to start installing the product. He was fast, clean and knowledgeable. He was patient as the product had a lot of small parts. He did the installation in half of the time than the two previous technician took (the previous did messed up the installation.) Scott made sure the installation was satisfactory and explained to us about the fan/chandelier. I give him more stars but you only have five. Thank you for sending Scott to our rescued.
