So friendly, quick, and thorough!

Sonia did a nice job overall but she didn’t get the floors really clean. There was still some visible dirt and she seemed a little offended when I pointed it out. She also didn’t do the whole amount of time, claiming that she was done, even though there were definitely things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
