I am leaving 5 stars for Juan because what happened was not his fault. The other pro did not show up and did not respond to messages or calls. Beware that if you have a job with more than one pro assigned, they do not know each other and have no way to get a hold of each other. This is how Handy functions, which is crazy! Juan was put in a bad position by this and it’s no way for a company to run. I wish him better luck in the future!
